Please read the following terms and conditions for your booking with us.

  1. Full payment is required by the client upon completion for works, before PWA leaves site. PWA have credit card facilities available for your convenience.
  2. The client is to advise PWA if pets are on site (if the client is not home at the time of attendance).
  3. The client must inform PWA if any of the occupants have COVID within 14 days of PWA’s scheduled attendance.
  4. Please note all cancellations within 48hrs of PWA’s scheduled attendance will incur a fee of $99 inc GST. If the client has paid a deposit towards the works, any parts already purchased will be returned, a re stocking fee applied if applicable and the remaining deposit will be refunded to the client.
  5. A re-attendance fee of $99 inc GST will be payable by the client due to any re-attendance caused by the client.
  6. It is the client’s responsibility to inform all occupants of the property that the power will be interrupted to complete works during PWA’s attendance.
  7. In the instance where power has been turned off, the client is responsible for checking the internet status and any other devices to ensure they are operational.
  8. PWA take care when removing appliances such as ovens, rangehoods etc. If any damage occurs during the removal of equipment/appliances PWA will advise the client whilst onsite. PWA’s technicians always take care when handling these items, but unfortunately sometimes unforeseen minor damage can occur.
